REQUIREMENTS

This education is aimed at those who want to create an in-depth understanding of Yin Yoga and wish to teach this method. You have completed at least one 200-hour basic education in yoga, and have a regular yoga practice. (Exceptions from 200 hours may be given in some cases). The aim is that you, after this education, feel safe with Yin Yoga as a method and that the knowledge is available for applying its principles in your own practice and teaching.

YOGA ALLIANCE

This yin yoga teacher training is in accordance with the guidelines applicable to the Yoga Alliance. 100% attendance is required. Students receive 50 hour Yoga Alliance hours.

DAILY SCHEDULE

09.00 – 10.30 Yin Yoga practice
10.45 – 12.00 Lecture
12.00 – 14.00 Lunch break
14.00 – 15.30 Lecture
15.45 – 17.00 Yin Yoga practice

The training is part science – part practice and experience based.
