Requirements

You have completed a minimum of 200 hour yoga teacher training
You are a trained yin yoga teacher (minimum 30 hour TT)

This yin yoga education is aimed at you who are yin yoga teachers with a genuine interest in teaching yin yoga for athletes. It is also meant for you who are yin yoga teachers who generally want to deepen your studies in fascia and yin yoga.

The training is part science – part practice and experience based.
